Some other water-rich foods include soup and salad, they are a good source of nutrition.

    thanks for the kind information. I surely agree to your suggestions . I once lived a very busy life style and did not have time enough to sit down and eat a proper meal.I weighed 98kilos and I was also told by my doctor that if I don't change my eating habit..i had only six months to survive....
    I took the doctors warming letter very seriously and started on the spot.....I did a great turn over in less than 4 months....The results do not show overnight ..but after a month I saw the changes, for example, i had enough energy to sit up and walk and re use my voice with strenght again.....
    Prior to that i lost my voice , my strength to walk and i was even blind,,i ciuld not read a word......
    My recovery was based on endurance od the above rules and methods stated above....my true road to recovery......

    Thanks for the tips..I lost 6Kg in 3 months.. formula was i pick 1/3 of food usually i took regular.. and took 2 glass of water early morning in empty stomach. a glass before every meal...
